For our Karaoke Your Song product, you can upload your own audio or video file. You must have the rights to use and share any files you provide.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your name spelling, music style, uploaded file, or other order details. We can help with changes requested within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not already begun.

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. If production has not yet started, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Because our products are personalized digital creations, sales are final once production has begun. We do provide free fixes when the mistake is on our end, including spelling errors, technical issues, severe synchronization problems, or the wrong song or musical style.

If we misspell your child's name differently from what you entered in your order, we will correct the video and send you a new version free of charge. Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order.

If your delivered video or audio is corrupted, will not play, or has a severe synchronization problem, we will correct the issue and send you a replacement free of charge.

Because each song is individually created using AI generation and human editing, artistic preferences can vary. We do not offer refunds or free revisions solely because you prefer a different voice, musical interpretation, or visual style, provided the result matches the style selected at checkout.

Your original uploaded files and the final video are securely deleted from our active servers within 30 days after your custom video is delivered and accepted.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information for marketing purposes. We use trusted services such as Gumroad and Web3Forms only as needed to process payments, orders, personalization details, and communications.

Yes. After full payment and delivery, you are free to download, share, post, and enjoy your personalized creation with your friends and family.

Our services are intended to be purchased by adults such as parents, relatives, or guardians. Any information relating to a child must be voluntarily provided by an adult for the purpose of creating the personalized product.
