At STARKIDgift our goal is to create a magical and unforgettable experience for your child. Because every karaoke video we create is 100% custom-made and delivered digitally, our refund policy works a bit differently than a traditional physical store.
1. General Policy: All Sales are Final
Due to the highly personalized and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and the production process has begun. Once the final digital file is delivered to your inbox, the sale is considered final.
2. Free Fixes & Revisions (Our Guarantee)
We want your gift to be perfect! We will happily provide a free revision and send you a corrected video if the mistake is on our end. This includes:
Spelling Errors: If we misspell the child's name in the video differently from what you explicitly typed in the order form.
Technical Glitches: If the delivered video or audio file is corrupted, won't play, or has a severe syncing issue between the lyrics and the audio.
Wrong Order: If we accidentally use the wrong song or musical style compared to what is stated on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your video, and we will prioritize fixing it for you immediately.
3. What is NOT Covered?
Because our creative process involves dedicated human editing and AI generation based on your specific prompts, we cannot offer refunds or free revisions for the following reasons:
Customer Typos: If you accidentally misspelled the child's name or provided incorrect instructions in the submission form. (Please double-check your spelling before clicking "Proceed to payment"!)
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the video after purchasing.
Artistic Subjectivity: If you simply do not prefer the generated AI voice, musical interpretation, or visual design, provided that it matches the style category you selected during checkout.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because we aim to deliver your magical gift as quickly as possible, production often begins shortly after your payment is confirmed. If you realize you made a mistake and need to cancel or change your order details, you must contact us immediately—within 2 hours of placing the order.
To change your order: If you need to correct a spelling mistake, change the music style, or update a file, email your changes as quickly as possible to skg@starkidgift.com
To cancel your order: If our team has not yet started working on your video, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Past the 2-hour window: If production has already begun, modifications, cancellations, and refunds are no longer possible.
